Role Summary
Are you a results-driven business developer with strong relationship skills and a passion for sales? Business Development Representative is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and activating referral partners who can introduce qualified business financing opportunities to Bizi Connect. This is a performance-driven role designed for relationship-oriented sales professionals who enjoy networking, building long-term partnerships, and earning uncapped commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify and prospect potential referral partners including accountants, financial advisors, consultants, brokers, and industry professionals.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and warm introductions.
Partner Onboarding
- Educate partners on Bizi Connect’s financing solutions, referral process, and compensation structure.
- Guide partners through onboarding, agreements, and training materials.
Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing relationships with partners to encourage repeat deal flow.
- Act as a point of contact for partner questions and deal support.
Pipeline & Activity Tracking
- Track partner activity, referrals, and commissions in CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates on outreach and onboarding progress.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, recruiting, or financial services preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with comfort in commission-based compensation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and sales workflows is a plus.
