Position Summary
As a Referral Partner Acquisition Agent, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new referral partners who can connect us with potential borrowers. You will earn commissions on all funding deals that result from the referrals you secure. This role is ideal for self-motivated sales professionals looking for flexible, remote work opportunities with significant earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
Identify potential referral partners, including financial advisors, accountants, business consultants, and other professionals who can connect borrowers to our marketplace.
Recruitment and Onboarding
Engage with potential partners to explain our offerings, benefits, and commission structure. Facilitate the onboarding process for new referral partners.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to ensure ongoing engagement and referrals. Provide support and resources to help them succeed.
Commission Tracking
Monitor and track deals generated by referral partners, ensuring accurate commission calculations and timely payments.
Market Research
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services and improve recruitment strategies.
Sales Reporting
Provide regular reports on recruitment efforts, partnership performance, and potential opportunities to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the financial services or lending industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
